This is not an exhaustive description. Personal data means all information relating to an identified or identifiable person.

3. Website Visit and Newsletter
When you visit the website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information etc.) are automatically collected by our hosting provider, WIX. This data is used for security and to optimise the service.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your name and email address are collected and used solely for sending the Timothy Spirit Foundation newsletter. Your data will not be shared with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time, after which your data will be deleted.

4. Funding Requests
For the assessment of funding requests and project ideas, the application form collects personal data such as the name, email address and telephone number of the responsible person, as well as general information about the organisation and project idea. These data are used exclusively for evaluating the proposal and for follow-up communication.

5. Donations
To process donations, we collect personal data such as name, address, email address and payment details. This data is used solely to complete the donation process and issue donation receipts when necessary.

6. Purposes of Data Processing
We process your data in particular for the following purposes:
– handling donations;
– ensuring the operation of our organisation, especially our website;
– communicating with you, including responding to enquiries and contacting you when necessary;
– marketing and relationship management, e.g. sending our newsletter or invitations to events;
– market research, service improvement and organisational development;
– compliance with laws, regulations, official instructions and internal policies.

– business partners such as our umbrella foundation and suppliers.

These recipients may be located outside Switzerland. The data referred to in section 3 (first paragraph) may therefore also be processed abroad, in exceptional cases in any country worldwide.
